INDIAN STREET FOOD BENEFITS



YES!!! Street food does have benefits.
Its full of potassium, carbs, vitamins, proteins and so much of it..

So here  goes the list of delicious mouth watering street food along with there benefits !!

CHAAT - All that bhel puri and sev puri !!

Yup even wada pav is on the list.. I know there is a smile on every Mumbaikar's Face :) after finding wada pav here...It is full meal of carbohydrates, vitamins and protiens. All the besan and variety of chutneys lower cholesterol level in the body.

It has veggies which is good for health..and and and cheese!! which helps in burning the body fat from some stubborn parts of our body..

It is store house of protiens, carbs and Vitamins which are required on daily basis.

DOSA -

Dosa has amino acids,
vitamin B-12. Rice and udad dal are perfect amino acid combination. And not  forgetting the sambhar!! The spices provide the antioxidants and various health promoting benefits.Lentils provide protein and the veggies give us the benefit of fiber. A teaspoon of oil is added while seasoning which is part of our  regular fat intake on daily basis.

NARIYAL PANI

The malai ya pani.. thing has it all...Rich in electrolytes and beats heat and acidity naturally..
